While this doesn't apply to NAR designation courses, we strive to offer these fantastic classes at a discount. We are a licensed real estate school, offering only continuing education courses, for Maryland and Pennsylvania. Please note, we do not offer pre-licensing classes.

ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION OPTIONS
Along with Pen-Mar's real estate school, we have several Affiliate member schools that offer courses for a fee. We also have a longstanding relationship with the CE Shop for online learning options.
We highly recommend that whenever you take a course, you keep a record of the date, school, and instructor, as well as a copy of your certificate of completion.
